Rapid expansion moved to 29a lemon street truro in May 2000 continued to support people in community and ad hoc staff for care homes alongside local authority and health units.

Contracted with Cornwall council in 2001 then further in 2007 as an approved provider, became a framework provider in June 2014 and signed the dynamic purchasing system contract with Cornwall council and NHS Kernow in June 2018.

Christine Rowberry chaired the league of carers in Cornwall a independent trade association for providers of domiciliary care in Cornwall . She is now a director on the board of Cornwall partners in care and a committee member of the same.
